Thank you to all our clients! We have been in business for now 21 years!

We need to amend our business policies again. I want to travel more (as an empty nester), and we have changes in staffing, so we are NO longer taking small, individual orders. We will continue with EXISTING and NEW company, group, team, and theatre show orders! NO rush jobs. Please plan ahead.

To our loyal clients, please contact us to clarify any questions. Thank you!

    1. GROUP/BIG ORDERS – We will take NEW and keep EXISTING company, group, club, team, school, musical show-type orders that can be repeat clients.
    2. NO SMALL INDIVIDUAL MONOGRAM ORDERS – We will no longer be taking small, individual orders.
    3. TURN-AROUND TIME – Turn-around time does depend on the time of year but expect 10-20 BUSINESS days. End-of-year holiday time fills up fast and we suggest orders for holiday in by Halloween. Please plan ahead.
    4. HOLIDAY ORDERS – From October 1 to December 31, we will NOT accept new clients (except theatre shows that we always accept) so that we can take care of our existing loyal clients to get their company/group orders done. We hope you understand that they come first, especially this time of year.
    5. RUSH JOBS – We are no longer taking rush jobs, so please plan accordingly.
    6. REGULAR EMBROIDERY AND DIGITIZING – Only regular embroidery. We specialize in digitizing/setting up logos. We will no longer be doing vintage or applique-style embroidery.
    7. SHOP HOURS -PLEASE TEXT US FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO MAKE SURE WE’RE AVAILABLE: 678-472-2661. We need the time to work on your orders, so we are asking for specific shop hours to meet. You can always do contactless drop off/pick up at other times.  For after-hours, when dropping, we ask that you text us and have items in a bag or box with information (including name and contact #). Order sheets are available to print and fonts/thread colors to view on our website.
      We do understand work conflict scheduling, so will try to accommodate when possible.

    8. PRICING CLARIFICATION – The more simplistic the group order, the better the price.
      • Same logo color vs multiple colors
      • Same logo placement vs multiple placements on items
      • Same style garments and one-color vs various garments and colors
      • Stitch count and # of thread colors
    9. YOUR ITEMS VS OUR ITEMS – We accept your items as well as offering our wholesale items.  Expensive name-brand items will have an upcharge.
    10. WAYS TO REACH US: The best and fastest way to reach us is via text at 678-472-2661.  Calls to 678-472-2661 or 314-698-4614 and emails to Susan@thebackstitch.com are typically answered within 24 hours.  If you do not hear from us, please check back.  New logos for pricing and digitizing can be emailed to Susan@thebackstitch.com.  We need logo in jpg format, but we can accept pdf and ai files as well.         THANK YOU!
